Important:

Insurance Requirements: Applied services (e.g. body piercing) and those selling consumable goods (e.g. food/drink) are required to submit a Certificate of Insurance in the amount of $2,000,000 minimum for Liability Insurance. The Rotary Club of Simcoe, P.O. Box 1, Simcoe, ON N3Y 4K8 must be named as an additional insured during the Festival.

Municipal Requirements: You must also comply with the Special Event Safety Requirements and sign and return the form with your application. If you are selling any food or drink items, you must complete an Application for a Mobile Food Premise License and the Haldimand-Norfolk Health Unit Food Provider Package.
